Effective date: 01-01-2026. These terms are between Krafts AI LLC and the customer or user accessingInfikraft. By creating an account, accessing APIs, or using templates, you agree to these terms and any referenced policies.
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the data you submit and for the legal review of any generated documents. Infikraft provides tooling, storage, and delivery of previews and finalized PDFs, but does not provide legal advice.
The service is provided “as is” with standard limitations of liability and disclaimers. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risks, or non-payment. Governing law is Wyoming, USA.
